Because we understand the frustration when the piece you love isn’t available anymore, we have put in place a PRE-ORDER system.

To improve our services, we have launched our PRE-ORDER service for the bestsellers of the designers with whom we work.
This way, you are sure to get the jewel of your dream made to order just for you with a simple additional delay. In a time where one can get anything, anytime, instantly, waiting for a jewel, specially made for you, is true luxury indeed.
If the jewel you want to order is not currently available, we allow you to pre-order it. Payment in full is required and lead time will vary from 3 to 8 weeks. The lead time is visible on the product sheet.
You will receive an e-mail once we receive your order so as to confirm your delivery address.
Please note that if you purchase additional jewelry with your pre-order, which are already available to ship, we will offer to send your full order upon reception of your pre-ordered pieces. This way we limit the emissions related to our shipments.
Pre-ordered items cannot be returned or refunded.
